Enrollment Process​

Current School year of 2024-2025 is still open for Enrollment. 

​

Fall 2025 Registration is Online when Registration first opens:

• For Current Families from January 21st at 7:30am - January 26th

• For Past Families and Citylight Members from January 28th at 7:30am - January 31st at 1pm

• The Open Enrollment for New Families begins on February 3rd at 7:30am!

 Do not register or click on HERE unless it is your group/time to register in.  If you try to register in an earlier group, you will be removed and asked to register at the correct time.

 

To Complete Registration you will need:

1. Registration Form Online (Completed and signed)  (Click here for Paper Form)

2. Registration Fee of $100 (non-refundable)

3. A copy of the student’s current immunization records

• (Records can be submitted online or sent to the school via fax, email, mail or dropped off)

• Any student who is registering for a second consecutive year at Wee Wisdom does not need to resubmit a copy of their immunization records, as long as those records are already on file at Wee Wisdom from the previous year.

Helpful Information to have on hand when you go to register:

• Parent Employer (name, address, phone)

• Emergency Contacts (besides parents)

• Doctor Information (name, address, phone)

Did you know that you can place your child in preschool anytime throughout the school year?

Many parents think that children can only be registered for preschool in the fall.  Although it benefits children to experience the entire school curriculum, children may join a class any time during the school year (as long as space is available in that class and your child is the approved age). Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

Online Registration Tips

 

Make sure you are clicking on the correct school year

Make sure you are choosing the correct Age Group

• Preschool: 3’s- 4’s

• Academy: 4’s-5’s (Children that will be going to Kindergarten the following year)

 

*If you are unsure, please speak to us in the office before registration day begins.

Choose the session that you want

When you get into the registration page, it will show you the different class times/sessions.   

Click on the session you want and then it will take you to a page where you will fill in the registration form.

 

You are allowed to register a child for more than one session, please speak with us before you do for clear information.  If you register one child for MWF and TTh, please do not pay fee online, instead mark “pay by check”.

 

 

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your form. 

 

 

The Session says Waitlist?

If a session is full it will say WaitList next to it.  If your session is on waitlist, please click on it and fill out the information so that your name gets on the waitlist for that session.  Then we can call you if a spot opens up.  It is very important to get on a waitlist right away if you did not get the time/session that you really wanted. 

 

*Important: After putting your name on a waitlist for the session you wanted, if another session works for you, please register for that session as well.

• $100 Registration Fee (non-refundable) paid online or by check/cash to Wee Wisdom
